Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information ROZO LLC ("MuggleLink", "we", "us") collects when you use MuggleLink, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are located at 732 S 6th St Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your email address and hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth), and any name you provide.
• Usage metadata: which model you called, request timestamps, token counts, latency, and response status. We do not retain the content of your prompts or model outputs beyond what is required to serve the request in real time.
• Payment records: top-up amounts, order status, and timestamps. Card numbers are never sent to or stored by us — payment is processed entirely by Stripe, our payment processor.
• Support communications: anything you send us via the contact form or by email.
• Technical data: IP address and browser user agent, used for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and debugging.

2. How we use this information

• To operate your account, authenticate API requests, and calculate your account balance;
• To process payments and send purchase receipts;
• To send required account and security notices (email verification, password reset, low-balance alerts, refund confirmations);
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service;
• To respond to support requests; and
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax and financial recordkeeping.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Retention

We retain account, billing, and usage-metadata records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@mugglelink.com; some records may be retained where required by law.

4. Third-party processors

We share data with the following processors, each bound by their own privacy and security commitments, strictly to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives the information necessary to process your card payment directly; we never see or store your full card number.
• Twilio SendGrid — transactional email delivery (verification, receipts, alerts).

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@mugglelink.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and no later than required by applicable law.

6. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards: passwords and API keys are never stored in plaintext, database access is protected by row-level security, and all traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date on this page.
