Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MuggleLink / ROZO (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service description
MuggleLink provides a single, OpenAI-compatible API that forwards requests to third-party AI model providers. You top up an account balance with a supported payment method, and each API call deducts from that balance at published per-token rates shown on our Models & pricing page. We do not train, host, or fine-tune the underlying models ourselves. We operate the billing, authentication, and routing layer in front of upstream providers.
The models served through the MuggleLink API are open-weight models only. Some are released under permissive open-source licenses; others are subject to model-specific community licenses and acceptable-use restrictions, described below. Closed models are not served through the MuggleLink API.
MuggleLink / ROZO may also let you purchase prepaid credits or usage balance for supported third-party AI platforms. Examples include OpenRouter and Venice, as well as credits used to access models and services from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, DeepSeek, MiniMax, and other AI providers.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys, whether or not you authorized it, except where that activity results from our failure to secure your account. Notify us immediately at support@mugglelink.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or a leaked API key. You must verify your email address before you can add credits to your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the acceptable-use policy of the underlying model provider;
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or authentication controls;
- Resell API access without our prior written consent;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service or its infrastructure; or
- Use the Service to build a directly competing product using our infrastructure without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, including forfeiting any promotional credits, without refund.
Open model licenses. Each model served through the MuggleLink API is provided under its own license and use policy, and your use of that model must comply with them. These obligations are binding provisions of these Terms. Models not named below are offered under the license shown on their model cards (for example Apache 2.0 or MIT).
Gemma. Gemma 2, Gemma 3, and Gemma 3n models are provided subject to the Gemma Terms of Use. By using a Gemma 2, Gemma 3, or Gemma 3n model, you agree, as an enforceable condition of these Terms, to comply with the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy and not to use, or encourage or permit anyone else to use, a Gemma model for any purpose restricted by that policy or in violation of applicable law. Gemma 4 models are licensed separately under the Apache License 2.0 and are not subject to the Gemma Terms of Use or the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy.
Built with Llama. Some models on MuggleLink are built with Llama. Llama 3.1, Llama 3.2, Llama 3.3, Llama 4, Llama Guard 4, and all models derived from them, including Llama 3.3 DeepSeek R1 Distill 70B (derived from Llama 3.3), are subject to the Meta Community License Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy for their base Llama version. Each derivative model is additionally subject to any license and restrictions published by its developer on its model card:
- Llama 3.1:Community Licenseand Acceptable Use Policy;
- Llama 3.2:Community Licenseand Acceptable Use Policy;
- Llama 3.3:Community Licenseand Acceptable Use Policy;
- Llama 4:Community Licenseand Acceptable Use Policy.
You must comply with the license and Acceptable Use Policy for the Llama version you use.
Upstream provider terms. Requests are served by upstream providers such as Amazon Bedrock and the DeepSeek Open Platform, and those providers' acceptable-use policies also apply to your use of the models they serve. You are responsible for anyone who uses the Service through your account or API keys. You must not cause MuggleLink or an upstream provider to violate any model license or upstream term, and we may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to comply with them.
4. Credits, billing, and refunds
Credits held in your MuggleLink account and used through the MuggleLink API are "MuggleLink Account Credits." Credits purchased for delivery to a supported third-party AI platform are "Platform Credits." Both types of credits:
- are billed and consumed in fractional amounts based on exact token usage at the rates published on the Models & pricing page at the time of the request;
- are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully confirmed;
- are non-transferable between accounts; and
- have no cash value outside the Service and can only be used to pay for the applicable API usage or third-party AI platform services.
Credits do not expire. The price shown to you at checkout is the exact amount charged. We do not add hidden fees.
All purchases of MuggleLink Account Credits and Platform Credits become final and non-refundable once your payment has been successfully confirmed because fulfillment begins immediately. MuggleLink / ROZO cannot cancel the order after fulfillment begins. We cannot reverse, withdraw, transfer, redeem, or recover credits after they have been added to your MuggleLink account or delivered to a third-party account, payment link, or other destination you provided.
A Credit Purchase may be reviewed for a refund only if we confirm that fulfillment permanently failed and no credits were added or delivered, the same payment was charged more than once, the payment was unauthorized, we charged an incorrect amount due to our error, or a refund is required by applicable law or payment-network rules. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service depends in part on third-party upstream model providers, whose availability, output quality, and pricing are outside our control. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption when we do.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, branding, and documentation. As between you and MuggleLink / ROZO, we do not claim ownership of the content you submit as input or the output you receive. Any rights in outputs remain subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the applicable model license and upstream provider terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuggleLink / ROZO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Remaining MuggleLink Account Credits and Platform Credits are governed by the final-sale rules in Section 4.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
